{{Definitely a little peanut, his doctor thinks he'll play basketball -- tall and skiny}}
Hair:: He lost a lot of his hair around the sides and a strip in the back starting when he was 2 months old. It definitely came back in about 2 weeks ago. I haven't noticed much of a change in color myself from the dark, dark brown when he was born-- but others have told me that they think it is lighter, almost turning blonde.
Eyes:: Most of the time his eyes are a hazel green color. Sometimes they look brown, and outside they look dark blue.
Sleeping:: He is NOT a great sleeper. I usually nurse him to sleep around 9:30pm, then he will wake up around 12am and not want to go back to sleep no matter what we do. I then stay up with him till he gets whiney- nurse him back down and he's out till 4am a quick feeding and he's out till 7-8. Then we get "up" (lay in bed) and I let him watch one episode of gabba (he loves brobee) while I wake up.
He's not a big napper. He will usually take 1-2 naps a day depending on what we are doing. If he takes a "morning" nap its anywhere from 12-2 and it lasts about an hour. If he skips that nap then he will USUALLY take a nap from 4-6 or 7-9. He's odd in the sleep department, and I haven't yet tried to put him on a sleep schedule. Just going with the flow for now.
Eating:: Right now he is primarily breastfed and gets 15oz of Nutramigen daily. Sometimes he gets a little bit more if he stays up longer throughout the day, or is just extra fussy. He was put on Nutramagin for his dairy sensitivity and his reflux. But when I eat dairy it doesn't seem to bother him. It basically breaks down to nursing him every 2.5-3 hours and then topping him up with 3 oz of formula if he will take it all (he usually does) the doctor recommended feeding him less more often to help with his reflux and this "schedule" works best for us. Around 10 he gets his last bottle for the day and from then till around 9 we only nurse. It works for us, and he's happy and healthy.
Diapers:: He is still in size 1 diapers, we use pampers swaddlers and I talked about why in my previous post on our 4 month favorites. Basically they are really absorbent and we haven't had any recurring leaks in them. I tried to move him up to a 2 so we wouldn't have to switch in the middle of a box of 1's but he is just too skinny for them so we're holding off for now.
Clothes:: Right now he is in mostly 3 month clothes. 3-6 are still too big, and 0-3 are getting snug. Some newborn clothes still fit him, like the onesie he has on in these pictures ;) As for sleepers, he is in all 0-3 & 3 months still.
